The Need-to-Know Before You Go
We can’t wait to see you at Shoreline Amphitheatre! Here’s what to expect when you visit us:
COME RAIN AND/OR SHINE The show will go on whatever the weather. Unless it’s looking extra gnarly. Check our social pages for any changes.
GATE TIMES You can usually roll up 60-90 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page for exact timings.
PARKING LOTS Parking lots open an hour before the scheduled gate time. General admission parking comes with your ticket. If you want easier entry and exit, go for Premier Parking or VIP Parking.
DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS Drop-off & pick-up (including taxis, limousines, Uber and other rideshare services) are only allowed in the marked, designated zone on Amphitheatre Parkway, directly across the pedestrian path into the venue. Please listen to the traffic personnel they are there to help expedite the process.
WHEN YOU GET HERE You know the drill—metal detectors, maybe a pat down, and a bag check if you’ve got one. Be prepped—check out our bag policy, and what you can and cannot bring in our FAQs.
MOBILE ENTRY ONLY Your phone is your ticket. Before you set off, download your tickets to your phone on the Live Nation app. More info on mobile tickets here.
CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to the guest services booth and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free).
BOX OFFICE On weeks when new shows go on sale, the Box Office is open Wednesdays from 10AM - 2PM.
THE MERCH Find that coveted merch at our Concert Gear booths located at Plazas Left & Right. For Festival shows, there will be merchandise located throughout the venue.
DESIGNATED DRIVERS Are you the responsible fan tonight? Please visit the designated driver booth located inside of North gate in the lower right plaza and you can enjoy free fountain sodas for the night at any of our drink concessions.
