The Need-to-Know Before You Go

We can’t wait to see you at Shoreline Amphitheatre! Here’s what to expect when you visit us:

COME RAIN AND/OR SHINE The show will go on whatever the weather. Unless it’s looking extra gnarly. Check our social pages for any changes.

GATE TIMES You can usually roll up 60-120 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page for exact timings.

PARKING LOTS Parking lots typically open 1 hour before the scheduled gate time. General admission parking comes with your ticket. If you want a shorter walk to the venue, an easier exit or oversized parking, check out our Premier Parking options.

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS Drop-off & pick-up (including taxis, limousines, Uber and other rideshare services) are only allowed in the marked, designated zone on Amphitheatre Parkway, directly across the pedestrian path into the venue. Please listen to the traffic personnel they are there to help expedite the process. Transportation will be available to assist those with accessibility needs to the main entrance. The Accessibility Shuttle pick-up and drop-off zone is located in the northwest corner of Lot A, near the Shoreline Blvd & Bill Graham Pkwy/North Road intersection.

WHEN YOU GET HERE You know the drill—metal detectors, maybe a pat down, and a bag check if you’ve got one. Be prepped—check out our bag policy, and what you can and cannot bring in our FAQs.

MOBILE ENTRY ONLY Your phone is your ticket. Before you set off, download your tickets to your phone on the Live Nation app. More info on mobile tickets here.
